* Participants may register with or without paper presentations. Authors may present their accepted work either as an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation, as recommended by the Technical Program Committee.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Original high-quality research articles broadly within the scope of the conference topics (not more than 08 pages), written in the English language, are solicited. All papers will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on their originality, technical merit, in-depth content, and relevance to the conference. Authors will have to sign a declaration of originality at the time of final submission. The selected papers will be published in SCOPUS-indexed conference proceedings, in accordance with the guidelines. High-quality, full-length papers will be published in SCI/SCIE-indexed journals following editorial and peer review.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission and Presentation

Important Guidelines

Registration & Presentation: Registration is mandatory for all authors and participants. Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author for presentation.

Abstract & Full Paper: Participants opting for Abstract submission will have their accepted abstract included in the Conference Abstract Book with ISBN/ISSN, subject to acceptance and publication requirements. Full Paper submissions will be considered for presentation and publication through the prescribed review and publication process.

Attendee Registration: Attendee registration is available for participants who wish to attend the conference without presenting a full paper.

Registration Benefits: The registration fee includes access to technical sessions, conference kit, lunch, and certificate.

Payment & Registration: Participants must complete registration and submit the required payment proof and registration details within the specified registration deadline. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is confirmed.

Conference Mode: The conference will be conducted in offline mode. One registration is valid for one person only.

Programme & Schedule: The organizing committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the conference programme, technical sessions, speakers, or schedule, if required.

Certificates & Submission Requirements: Certificates will be issued to registered participants/ presenters. Participants must follow the prescribed guidelines for paper submission, presentation format, and publication; any additional requirements or updates will be communicated by the organizing committee.

Publication Opportunities

  • Selected papers will be published in SCOPUS-indexed Conference Proceedings, subject to the publisher's guidelines.
  • High-quality full-length papers will be recommended for publication in SCI/SCIE-indexed Journals after successful editorial evaluation and peer review.
