Rayat Bahra University (RBU), Mohali, was established under the Punjab Act No. 16 of 2014 and is empowered to confer degrees under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956. The 1st International Conference on Sustainable Materials, Advanced Research and Multidisciplinary Sciences & Technologies (SMART 2026) is a multidisciplinary global forum organized by BRIKC, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali, Punjab, India.
